Ordered bolay catering for a work lunch, and the food itself was good, everyone seemed to enjoy it. The only issue was that the delivery showed up later than the time we had picked, and I ended up having to call to see what was going on. Not saying it’s a scam, but when you choose a delivery window for a work event, you kind of expect it to be reliable. It wasn’t a disaster, just stressful with people waiting around. I’d maybe order again, but probably not if I had a strict schedule

I wanted to enjoy my lunch, and the place seemed okay at first, but the seats were just so uncomfortable. Like, I’m not usually picky about chairs, but my back started hurting quickly and I couldn’t really relax. Huge bummer. Food was decent, I guess, but I was basically counting down until I could leave.

The food was alright, nothing too memorable, but the first thing I noticed was that the tables and floor looked dirty. I also felt kind of ignored while I was there, like the staff wasn’t really paying attention. Not the worst experience, but I left feeling disappointed.

I tried Bolay and the food was good. The bowl tasted fresh and had solid flavor.
The portion just felt a little small for the price. I was still kind of hungry after, so that was a bit disappointing.

I grabbed bolay today kind of last minute, everything was correct. Even the extra sauce made it in the bag, which somehow feels like a small miracle. No missing stuff, no weird mix-ups, just a normal order done right. I was happy about it, although I don’t know why I was so prepared to be annoyed.

I like Bolay and food tasted really fresh, but service took little longer than I was expecting. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not exactly quick either. I’d still order again, just probably not when I’m in rush.

I’ve used the Bolay app a bunch of times now, it’s been really solid for me. I keep thinking one of these times it’ll act up, but no, it pretty much just does what it’s supposed to do.
It doesn’t freeze, my saved order is still there when I go back, and checkout is quick. I like that the pickup times are clear too. I was going to say it’s “simple,” but actually that’s kind of the best part, because I haven’t had to deal with random glitches like I do with some other food apps.
So yeah, not a whole lot else to say. When I need lunch fast, I open the app, order, and it works. That’s really all I want from it. 5 stars from me.

I grabbed bolay because I didn’t feel like figuring out dinner, and I was mostly just hoping it would show up without turning into a whole thing. The food was good, still warm, and packed up fine, which is always a nice little bonus.
I was doing a couple things around the house while waiting, so I wasn’t glued to the app or anything. The driver ended up finding my place quickly, sent a text when they got outside, and everything felt straightforward from there.

So yeah, not the most exciting story, but the delivery handoff was smooth and there was no confusion at all. Just an easy order, and I’d probably do it again.

I’ve stopped by Bolay a handful of times now, the staff is always sooo nice. They say hi right away, they’re patient, and they never make me feel awkward when I’m taking foreverrr trying to decide what I want.
Last time, the person helping me walked me through the sauces and was just really chill about it. It’s a small thing, but it makes the whole visit feel better. The food is definitely good too, but the friendly people are a big reason I keep coming back.

Ordering online was easy overall. The site was simple to get through, and my order went in quickly. I did feel a little trapped for a minute trying to find where the sauces were, but once I figured that out, everything was smooth.

I grab bolay regularly, their rewards stacked up quicker than I thought they would. Compared to a lot of other places where the points feel like they barely do anything, I actually got to use mine on my last bowl without any hassle at checkout. If you already eat there like I do, it’s a nice little bonus

I don’t usually buy into all the polished “fresh and delicious” talk places put on their menus, but this actually tasted fresh. The veggies still had a good crunch, the rice was cooked nicely, and everything felt like it had just been made instead of sitting around. I’ve ordered a few times now and it’s been solid each time.

I grabbed a bowl from Bolay because it’s made out to be this super fresh, flavorful meal, but it didn’t quite match what I was expecting. Some of the ingredients did taste fresh and the chicken was cooked fine, so I’ll give them that. But the flavor was kind of all over the place. A few bites were actually good, then other bites were bland and felt like they needed more salt or sauce. It wasn’t bad, just not as exciting as they make it sound. I might try it again sometime, but it definitely wouldn’t be my first choice

I’ve gotten Bolay a few times now, i keep going back because it feels worth it. The bowls are filling, like actually filling, and I like being able to mix different things without the price suddenly getting ridiculous. Every time I’ve ordered, the portions have been solid too. It’s not the cheapest spot, no, but for the quality and the amount of food you get, I’m happy with it.

I like that bolay makes the nutrition and allergen info easy to look over before you order. I know I might be a little extra about checking ingredients, but I’d rather be safe than deal with a problem later. Some of the ingredient notes could be a bit clearer, but overall it helped me choose something without stressing too much.

Ordering on bolay.com was easy. The payment went through quickly, and I liked that I didn’t have to keep re-entering the same information. The only small thing was that the page took a little longer to load near the end, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, a solid experience

There was a bit of an issue with my order, not really sure where things got mixed up, but support did end up fixing it. It took longer than I thought it would, which was frustrating, but in the end they made it right

Parking here was easy. I got in without much trouble, and, yeah, the layout felt simple enough. I was kind of expecting it to be more of a hassle, but it wasn’t. Easy to pull in, easy to figure out, and that’s really what mattered.

I ordered from Bolay online and did curbside pickup after work, and it was smooth. I didn’t really have to wait around or figure anything out. I just parked, checked in, and my food came out fairly quickly. It was still warm too, which was nice. Definitely a good option for those days when I don’t really feel like going inside or standing in line...

I got Bolay for takeout, and in my experience, the packaging was way better than I expected. The lid stayed on tight, nothing leaked, and my bowl didn’t end up looking like it had been tossed around in the bag.
The food was still warm by the time I got home, which I personally really appreciated. Everything was packed neatly and was easy to carry, and while it’s a small detail, I think it makes the whole takeout experience feel a lot better.
